Piccadilly fabric is perfect for any apparel pattern requiring knit fabric. Dresses, athletic wear, shirts, skirts, from high fashion to lounge-wear, the possibilities are endless. The cotton/spandex content and weight of our fabric lends itself to year around applications.

Mid weight knit fabric with a soft, cottony hand, lovely drape, generous 4 way stretch and phenomenal recovery. Our fabric is printed with state of the art digital printing techniques using Oeko-Tex (tm) dyes. Colors are painstakingly picked for their vibrancy and saturation. Following proper wash instructions results in little to no fading shrinkage. Typical shrinkage is 3%-7%.

95% Cotton / 5% Spandex, 220-240gsm - 12-13oz per yard

Not following wash instructions will void warranty. Please wash as follows:

Initial wash with Color Catchers to remove excess dye from the manufacturing process.

Machine Wash COLD gentle cycle separate - No Fabric Softeners - No Bleach - Tumble Dry LOW or Dry Flat - Cool Iron if needed
